have to do with Writing?

 

Hearing an animal requires you to go to place of stillness inside yourself and listen with your heart. It requires you to lay aside preconceived notions and biases. It requires respect and compassion.

These skills are useful in many areas of life, including writing. Animal communication is an art form that helps you to quiet your mind, to stop pushing so hard, to pay attention to details, to listen.

It also helps strengthen your relationship with your animal companion—the dog lying at your feet while you write, the cat sitting on your keyboard.
